An 18-year-old man was killed in the Capitol Forest last night when the car he was standing in rolled, the Washington State Patrol reported.
The man was unrestrained and standing up in the car, with his upper body out of the sunroof when the vehicle rolled, Trooper Guy Gill said. Three other people in the car were not injured.
The 23-year-old driver was arrested for vehicular homicide and booked into the Thurston County Jail.
