The American Legion Hall in Aberdeen is playing host to a fundraiser for 8-year-old Max Meza, who is suffering from neurofibromatosis Type 2, a genetic condition that causes non-cancerous tumors to grow on the nervous system. The Meza family hopes to raise money to help offset medical bills from past and future surgeries. The sale will continue Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
